The article outlines the steps to reset the password of a customer buyers account within the Admin section of Sync B2B

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Click 'Admin' icon

2. Select 'Buyers' 

3. Select a buyer by clicking on them 

4. Click 'Set Password' key icon

5. Enter new password

6. Re-enter new passwos

7. Click 'Save'


Note: You will need to manually communicate new password to the buyer over email.

Use the Bulk password reset to send an automated reset email password to your buyers.
