The article outlines the steps to bulk deactivate customer buyer accounts in Sync B2B
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Navigate to Customer buyer admin by clicking Admin-> Buyers.
2. Select all accounts you would like to deactivate by clicking on the check box that will appear next to each account.
3. Click the 'Set Inactive' button
4. Click yes on the confirmation pop-up to complete the activation of the selected users.
Additional notes:
You can multi-select all active accounts by clicking on each you would like to activate or click select all.
