This app is used to scan and existing GRV'ed (already has a Sync barcode on) raw material stock item (bale of greige, roll of fabric etc.) and then get the weight auto-stored against that raw material stock item via integration with a scale. The app can also be used to check the fabric into stock via a QA user.
1. Employee logons via their employee number which is linked back to a username on sync.
2. Operator user scans item in, puts stock item on scale and the weight gets auto-captured. This item then gets saved.
3. QA user will scan the same item in, will weigh the roll and confirm if all details are correct and then check the stock in. The raw material stock item is now usable in Sync.
