This article outlines the steps to GRV using the Android Scanner App
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within the app, click on ‘Receiving’
2. Tap on the ‘Search’ Icon and enter the PPO number that you need to GRV against or if you see the relevant PPO, ‘Tap’ to select the PPO
3. Select the ‘Location’ that you will be ‘Receiving’ into and Tap the ‘Green’ Tick
4. Tap on the Size to GRV against then tap the add Button
5. Enter units into the ‘Good’ field
6. If required capture ‘Reject’ units within the relevant ‘Reject Type’ Field
7. Once Good and Reject units are captured, Tap the ‘Green’ Tick
8. Click on ‘Sizes’ and repeat steps 4 – 7, this must be completed for each size you need to receive units against
9. Once all ‘Capturing’ is complete, Click on ‘Summary’
10. Enter a ‘Delivery Note’ Number/Reference
11. When prompted, click ‘Yes’ to complete the GRV
12. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to print a ‘Goods Received Voucher’
